I would like to introduce myself. I come from a large family.  , I have learned to find the most efficient and creative ways to stretch a budget.  I am constantly looking for new and innovative ways  to help make champaign wishes come true. 
     I started out as a pastry chef then expanded to become a caterer.  Being the middle child of 16 children I got quite a bit of hands on training at a very young age LOL.  
  I like to consider myself a bit of an artist and thrive on creating a unique and Creative Fete using any medium I can get my hands on.   I love to bake, paint, and create centerpieces & floral arrangements, and even dabble in photography.  
    I found that the best way to express myself and get the most satisfaction in by actually planning and decorating special event.
I decided to open my own business and truly love what I do.
